Our 24-hour
Central Station is UL equipped with a back-up power supply, state of the
art computers and trained professional dispatchers. We are here to be
the bridge between your home or office and the outside world. We check
on your alarm for authenticity, dispatch the police, fire or ambulance,
and call you or a designated responsible person to advise on the
condition of your alarm.
Today, you
can't depend on your neighbors watching your home or appropriately
responding to "ringing bells". This has created an increasing need for
these services. Our innovative 2-way Voice systems allow us to listen to
the activity in your home or office when the alarm is tripped and our
professional dispatchers can speak to whomever is there. 2-way Voice is
also provided to our Personal Emergency Response System subscribers.
This is a vital addition to our Central Station monitoring package that
helps cut down on false alarms, as well as communicate with a Personal
Emergency Response System customer who may have fallen and can't reach
the phone.
The increasing occurrences of
"hostage" robberies makes our 2-Way Voice monitoring a necessity for
advising law enforcement officers of the conditions within the home. We
are confident that our service is the finest available. Most insurance
companies give larger discounts to customers with Central Station
Monitored Alarm Systems.

Customers requesting monthly billings are
required to approve monthly withdraw drafts directly from their checking
accounts.
All Billing is in advance for the services
to be rendered. Delinquent accounts are subject to be placed on “HOLD.”
In cases of delinquent accounts, if you have not discussed the reason for
non-payment and have not made alternate arrangements with our
administration offices – your account maybe canceled and the balance of
your account shall be due.
All Contracts require one-year
commitments. Customers with multiple Accounts may qualify for additional
discounts. State Sales Tax must be added to all Invoices.
All Residential customers with school-aged
children will receive a free DVD from the US Department of Homeland
Security’s Violence Against Youths Prevention Program. This program
teaches children the 10 most deceptive tricks use to lure children into
less than safe situations. More information on this program can be found

Additional fees may be required if the
programming for monitoring is not Contracted at time of activation.
